School Boards: A Public Service

From the League of Women Voters of the La Crosse Area:

The League of Women Voters of the La Crosse Area is hosting a free, online speaker event, “School Boards: A Public Service”, that is open to the public.

 

Our panelists will discuss the roles and responsibilities school board members assume when elected as stewards of public education, as well as the challenges and rewards in their positions, the impact of school board decisions, and the importance of community support for local public education.
