Vote

Vote now. Absentee in person voting starts Tuesday, October 25.

Take a photo ID with you. View acceptable forms of ID at the state's website. If you have a driver's license, that will work. Other IDs are also acceptable.

If you have an absentee ballot that was mailed to your home, be sure to sign and date the envelope and have your witness sign the envelope and enter her/his full address. Mail it at least 10 days before November 8, or, to be sure it reaches the clerk, return it in person to your clerk's office. You may only return your own ballot. There are no more ballot drop boxes. In La Crosse, you may return an absentee ballot to the neighborhood centers during absentee in person voting hours. If you live outside the City of La Crosse, check with your clerk for hours. Find details at the county's web page under Type E Notices.

This chart shows absentee in person voting opportunities for City of La Crosse voters as shown at the city's website.
