Believe it ir not, some Dems are negotiating to increase ICE funding in exchange for BS "improvements" in training*, body cams, and other useless idiocies. No.

CALL now. No funding for ICE. Reform is useless. No Democratic votes for ICE.

If this isn't a red line, what is?
