They haven't left

Many people in Minneapolis report that ICE has not left but they have shifted how they operate. They are still kidnapping people, terrorizing neighborhoods, arresting legal observers, and releasing illegally abducted individuals, including Native Americans, and children, in the middle of the night without weather appropriate clothes, personal effects, or phones, or spiriting them away to privately-run and publicly-funded concentration camps in Texas. But they are also, apparently, impersonating stranded motorists, driving normal cars or fake business vehicles, and swapping their stupid camo clothes for winter clothes.
