UPDATED COURT DATES FOR RAIL ISSUES

Things have changed. Just got word from CARS:

We received word that the Thursday, September 3 hearing will be limited to the issue of whether additional environmental inspections concerning breaches of construction will be ordered by the Court during the remaining construction period of the new double track line. This hearing will be conducted by telephone with the attorneys.

 

Instead, the contested matter of whether the Court was correct to rule that BNSF can not use the double track until plaintiffs have their day in court and the Court issues its final rulings, will be presented to the Court by the attorneys, in person, on Monday, September 14 at 1:30 pm. 

 

We hope you will come to the Courthouse on Monday, September 14 at 1:30 pm and we especially ask you to mark your calendar to attend the important final September 28, 9:00 am hearing.
