Just heard about two important events. 

and, from June K., "On September 16, the City of La Crosse Human Rights Commission is having an important LISTENING SESSION at the Black River Beach House at 6:00, to hear from the community -- the African-American community in particular at this first session  -- there will be more information coming from the City's Human Rights Commission."
