La Crosse Area Showing Up for Racial Justice and Democracy for America are putting on a screening of 13th this Thursday, 5/18 at 7:30 PM at Centennial Hall on UWL campus. The Netflix documentary is about mass incarceration and modern day slavery in the United States of America. The film has been widely acclaimed and is very thought provoking.
