Coming up this week (November 6 - 12)

This week you will have the chance to hear from many Democratic gubernatorial candidates straight and unfiltered. It's likely that this will be our one and only chance to hear from candidates without some corporate media group controlling who can be involved, what "approved" questions will be asked, and how the answers will be spun. If you can take advantage of this great opportunity, head on down to the Brickhouse on Monday at 6 (see below).

And, the For Our Future workshop: Leveraging Local Media for your Grassroots Organization has been rescheduled for Sunday, December 3 from 1 to 4 p.m. Join For Wisconsin's Future's Communications Director, Joe Zepecki, for a special and free 3 hour training focused on improving your or your local grassroots organization's ability to get your messages and events more effectively covered by local media. Joe Zepecki has over a decade of experience in senior political communication here in Wisconsin.  They need at least 15 people to run the event which will be held at 2020 Caroline Street (French Island). Finally, remember, if you need to purchase health insurance, enroll for a health care plan before December 15, Hilariously, the Trump "sabotage" effort means more people will be able to get fully subsidized plans for 2018. And you can still get help comparing plans if you need it.
