Absentee-in-person voting begins on March 18 and continues through March 28. Info for City of La Crosse residents from the City Clerk is shown below. For other municipalities in La Crosse county, check here. If you can vote before election day, you could have that day available to help at the polls, help with Get Out the Vote efforts, or give rides to the polls. This election for Supreme Court Justice is huge.

Notice for City of La Crosse Residents

In-person absentee voting for City of La Crosse residents will open on Tuesday, March 18th and closes on Friday, March 28th
 
Absentee ballots for the April 1st Spring Election will be mailed Tuesday, March 11th to electors who have a request on file.  If you have requested an absentee ballot, please watch for it in your mail and be sure to read the instructions for returning your voted ballot.  Remember to sign the absentee certificate envelope and have a witness sign, print their name, and provide their full residential address.

You can request an absentee ballot by mail at myvote.wi.gov.  The deadline to request a ballot by mail is Thursday, March 27th.
To look up your voter registration, find your polling place, view what’s on your ballot, track your absentee ballot and more, visit myvote.wi.gov.
