July 28 Candidate Debate

If there are any candidates left in the Democratic gubernatorial primary, they will debate in Milwaukee on July 28 from 7 to 8 p.m., hosted by WISN TV.

Along with being broadcast in Southeastern Wisconsin on WISN 12 and streaming on wisn.com and on 'Very Local' - WISN 12’s free streaming app, the debate will be offered statewide on the WISN 12 UPFRONT partner stations in Green Bay (WBAY), Madison (WKOW), Wausau (WAOW), Eau Claire (WQOW) and La Crosse (WXOW), and will be done in collaboration with UPFRONT partner, WisPolitics. To keep up on the earthquakes shifting the field, check out The Recombobulation Area, a substack and podcast run by Dan Shafer. Their articles, panel discussions, and candidate interviews have been great. They recently ran an unscientific ranked choice voting Democratic primary experiment with a research fellow at Marquette. The results were expected and unexpected.
