Cia Siab, Inc. is partnering with the Hmong Cultural and Community Center and the Vang Council of La Crosse to celebrate 50 years of resilience, survival, and achievements of the Hmoob community.
Hmoob American Day, observed on May 14, commemorates and honors the contributions of Hmoob people in the United States and the departure from Laos after the Vietnam War. We're celebrating locally on Saturday, May 17th and... we need your help!
